When you submit a vehicle inquiry, Anjoma stores your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, consent record, requested appointment details, message, the selected vehicle, and the receiving dealership. Saved vehicles, comparisons, and recent views are stored in your browser unless account synchronization is introduced later.
Inquiry information is used to help the selected dealership respond to your request, maintain an operational record, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and improve service reliability. A test-drive request is not an appointment confirmation, and a financing inquiry is not a credit application, credit inquiry, rate quote, or financing decision. Financing inquiry information is saved for an authorized representative to review and respond to personally.
Lead records are visible only to authorized dealership members and platform administrators. Financing inquiries are available only to authorized platform personnel supporting the Lendesa Financial relationship. Automated dealership email delivery is currently disabled. Anjoma does not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to operate hosting, authentication, database, security, or communication infrastructure.
A final retention schedule and privacy contact must be approved by the operator before launch. Until then, production lead collection should remain limited to demonstrations and approved testing. Browser-stored vehicle preferences can be removed by clearing site data.
The operating legal entity, mailing address, privacy email, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and request procedures have not yet been supplied. This page is an implementation draft and is not a substitute for legal review.
