RETURN POLICY
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Anjoma is an automotive marketplace. The vehicle is sold by the dealership that lists it, and that dealership is the seller of record on your purchase documents. Anjoma does not take possession of vehicles and does not collect or refund the purchase price.
Anjoma does not accept returns on vehicles: there is no standard return window. Each vehicle is sold as-is by the selling dealership, and any return, exchange, or cancellation after delivery happens only if that dealership agrees to it in writing, on the terms of that written agreement.
Where a dealership agrees in writing to a return or exchange, the eligibility conditions, any restocking or mileage charge, and who pays return transport are set by that agreement. Ask for it in writing before you sign or pay, so the terms you agree to are the terms that apply. Anjoma will put you in touch with the right person at the dealership if you want to return a vehicle or dispute a charge.
Submitting an enquiry through a listing does not reserve a vehicle, confirm an appointment, or create a contract of sale. If you agree a holding deposit with a dealership, that arrangement is made with the dealership under its terms, including whether the deposit is refundable and on what conditions.
Listings are refreshed from each dealership's published inventory and can change before you visit. If the vehicle you received differs from the listing in a way that mattered to your decision — condition, equipment, mileage, or price — contact us and the dealership as soon as you notice. We will connect you with the dealership and keep a record of what was reported.
Contact us at (310) 345-9603 or info@shopanjoma.com, or use the contact page. Include the stock number or VIN, the dealership, the date of purchase, and what you would like to happen. We will acknowledge your message, pass it to the selling dealership, and confirm in writing what the dealership has agreed to.
We may update this page as dealership terms or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. The policy in force for a purchase is the one published on the date of that purchase, together with the dealership's written terms.
